Non Diegetic Title Cards

Description:

Using big blocky text to tell you a location, or information. This is a very quick way of just giving the information to your audience. It really is just the text on the screen, usually in big and bold so everyone can read it and no letter gets lost. Sometimes there is a bit of animation added, but nothing too snazzy. Keep it simple.

Use: Use this when you have to make it blatantly obvious where the story has travelled to, just in case the audience is dumb enough to not work it out, or miss it as part of the story. For some people, landmarks are not enough, it really is to cater for all audiences, for example with Queens, is a location that someone who isn't from New York might not

recognise straight away.
