Grids and shapes and grids and shapes and grids…

Description:

When the screen is split up into grids, which are then split up into shapes, usually squares, triangles and circles. Use of flat, contrasting colours to make the style of it bold and in your face. It's important to use the golden ratio to calculate each of the sections so they look balanced and even. Do the maths! Keep it simple, keep it bold.

Use: Use this to introduce something, and importantly act as an introduction to a piece. It can be used as transitions too. The movement should grab everyone's attention and the colours should be in your face!

Genre: Style and Composition

Examples: Look no further than Spider-man Into/Across the Spider-verse for decent inspiration.
