Colour Psychology

Description: Colour Psychology is the use of colour to help tell a message. We respond to certain colours in very specific ways, and specific colours tend to have specific meanings to how we interpret them. Red for example is right at the top of the colour spectrum, which means it is the most noticeable one when looking at it from a distance, because of this is it associated with danger, or love, generally speaking it is bolder than the rest of the colours.

Use: Use this technique to help work out what colours you should be using, and help make a more informed decision, just picking random colours doesn’t always work when you’re trying to inform your audience.
